10 KITCHEN HACKS: MY FAVORITE COOKING TIPS

- To wash my blender after making a smoothie, I fill it with hot water, washing up liquid and I'm running for 1 minute. Then I rinse with clear water and let dry.
- To peel a pomegranate quickly, simply cut into four, to place it in a bowl full of water, to separate quarters and soak. The seeds will come off by themselves
- To accelerate the maturation of lawyers: put them in a paper bag with bananas. This technique also works with other fruit!
- To separate the white and yolk of an egg, all you need is a plastic bottle.
- For écaler eggs faster, just add the baking soda or vinegar to the cooking water. Both substances help to detach the albumen (white) of the shell.
- To prevent onions make you cry: put the onions in the refrigerator before cutting or put a slice of bread in the mouth to absorb the gas before it reaches the eyes.
- Keep a pot of water to spill by placing a wooden spoon through the pan. Since wood is not a good conductor of heat, water does not exceed the spoon.
- Make iced coffee without it being diluted: just prepare coffee ice cubes to add to your hot coffee.
- Clean fruit & vegetable s chemical free: with the water & a teaspoon of white vinegar.
- To disinfect sponges, I spent a few seconds in the microwave. & To dry faster sponges, simply use an office clip.
