HOW TO BE HAPPY?

Often want is power. But in regard to happiness is often more complicated than that.
Yet happiness, it's working & most importantly, it is tamed. So here are some tips to help you in everyday life.

1. Have a morning routine
Do not switch the phone right away. Stretch you, do hug your boyfriend / girlfriend or your cat, meditate, prepare a good breakfast ... the morning sets the tone for the day ahead, so much good start.
2. Eat healthy
Eating well is the welfare of the key. As much eat fries from time to time it's nice, especially the excess junk food can lead to depression and to health problems.
Eat as many vegetables as possible, focus on live foods (raw, sprouted, fermented), prefer fruit pastries and enjoy from time to time!
3. Surround yourself with positive people
From my experience, there's nothing more toxic than people who spend their time complaining, bitching and jealous of others. The world is full of nice people, positive & caring, that will help you achieve you and make you want to be a better person. Look for them now in your surroundings and spend time with them!
4. Express your gratitude
Keep a gratitude diary, say thank you to the people around you, smile for no reason, give coffee to the person behind you at Starbucks ... Be happy to be alive and healthy.
5. Have a plan
Define your goals in 6 months, 1 year, 5 years. Write down in a notebook, check them regularly, adjust if necessary. You will realize the benefit of projects that are important to you if you put them in black and white! The sense of accomplishment resulting priceless.
6. Get rid of the disorder
Live surrounded only objects that you like and essentials. Everything else is superfluous.
7. Sleep
Make sleep a priority. It was during the night that the body repairs itself, the brain assimilates and you relax. Take naps, fat mornings, short, snore!
8. Be a sun to your surroundings
Make compliments your friends & have nice touches for the people you love. You will be more positive towards others, the better they will make you.
9. Do not compare yourself to others
Never. Remember that everyone has problems, frailty, depression moments. The only person who suffers from this comparison is yourself. So think about your qualities and your accomplishments rather than waste your time comparing yourself to others. Be the best version of yourself!
10. Live in the moment
Meditate, turn off your phone when you dine with your friends and remember: you can not change the past or predict the future, there is only the present moment.
